  • Am I able to have a static IP address on the SYBR NET Fiber internet connection?

    Yes. Static IP Address assignments, for business class service only, are available upon request. Contact your Sales Representative or SYBR NET customer service.

  • Why isn't my VPN working?

    Verify that the Host Server address is correct as well as the Host Username and Password. This information will need to be obtained by your employer or your employer?s IT Department. If you connect through a router, there may be settings that are not configured properly to support a VPN connection.

  • What is VoIP?

    Voice Over Internet Protocol is a technology that enables voice communications using the internet. VoIP provides an alternative to traditional telephone networks, which use a fixed electrical path.

  • How do I verify if my router is Gigabit capable?

    Router Ethernet (WAN (Modem/Internet) and LAN) ports have a link type of 10/100 Mbps and 10/100/1000 Mbps. Routers with 10/100 Mbps will not receive or distribute speeds higher than 100 Mbps, whereas routers with 10/100/1000 Mbps will receive/distribute speeds up to 1000 Mbps. You will see these specifications on the manufacturers box for any router. We recommend that you confirm the Ethernet port specs instead of going off the AC1000+ specifications. Sometimes the AC wireless specification can be misleading and the router will only support 10/100 Mbps Ethernet link capacity.

  • What is fiber?

    A fiber internet connection, sometimes referred to as FTTH, FTTP, or FTTX, is the use of fiber optic cabling to send and receive internet signals between SYBR NET and your home by using light. This allows your internet connection to literally travel at the speed of light and provides an unbelievably reliable connection with a nearly unlimited capacity for future growth!

  • What are the recommended minimum computer requirements?

    1 Ghz CPU speed or higher with multi CPU or multi core 1 GB of RAM Memory or more 1 Gigabit network card built in (as opposed to a USB network card) 500 MB of open hard drive storage Web browser version that is not older than 2 years

  • How can I change my Internet speed plan?

    Since we don't have contracts, you can change your speed at any time! To change your speed package, you will need to contact Customer Care at +91 8070 588 588 or your sales representative.
